**Q: Why dont you correct label? Mine says 3 at a time, not 2.**
A: It depends on your carb intake, you can take 2or 3 a day not to exceeds 4pills

**Q: What is a good cool dry place to keep these?**
A: In the bottle they came in 🤷‍♂️

**Q: Does this really help ?**
A: Yes it does. I’ve been using it id religiously. You have to take 3 pills immediately before you eat. Also this doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want but if your following a keto diet or just a low carb diet and if you eat something that has some carbs in it or you want to sneak a cookie or a little pasta it definitely does prevent you from kicking yourself out of ketosis.

**Q: In the bottle says take 3 and in the direction on amazon says take 2 which one is it?**
A: My bottle says  “as a dietary supplement for adults take three capsules immediately before each of your two largest meals of the day or as directed by your healthcare professional do not exceed four capsule daily“ 
Soooo how are the directions take 6 per day but don’t exceed 4 per day?
