In general the saw does what I need, but I wish it had a bit more power. If you don't have a fence lined up almost perfectly parallel to the blade, the binding (even with 0.02" ABS) becomes severe and slows the blade significantly. When I tried the 1/16" thick polycarbonate I couldn't get the saw to cut through regardless of how parallel was my fence. I've been using a thin, solid carbide blade too.So far I've never had any issue with melting or burning plastic. **Q: is this saw blade ok to cut tubing?** A: I did not try to cut tubing and this saw blade is not for this purpose. This tool looks OK to cut printed circuit boards **Q: Is there a blade included with the saw? If so which blade?** A: Yes, a blade is included and the saw is ready to use.
