The US Science Academy included the Ramon tree on the list of “tropical plants with a promising economic value” as each of its parts can be used. Our company has a social mission of creating jobs in under-served communities: through the collection of fruits and leaves of the ancestral Mayan Ramon tree, the members of our community have increased their income and improved their way of life as they sustainably help the environment.
