Obviously, if I bought the cover for the mixer, I do own a mixer, but I must say that I do not really understand your question. Truthfully, I would not know how to answer anything regarding voltage and such. Sorry I can't help! **Q: Does it fit a 5 qt kitchenaid stand mixer ?** A: I have a 4.5 qt and its pretty snug. I am not sure how much of a difference the .5 qt makes **Q: I see that this is made to fit a tilt-head machine, but does it fit a lift-bowl machine (stationary head)?** A: No, from what I understand it would not. The shapes of the machines are not the same and this is a fitted cover, therefore it would not fit a lift-bowl mixer. You have to look for a cover made specifically for the lift-bowl mixer. **Q: Can you store the pouring shield on the bowl with this cover?** A: No, the cover is not wide enough. Once, the cover goes on the mixer the pour shield fells into the bowl.
