This purchase was a big mistake. Don't make the same mistake we did.

**Q: how much melatonin is in the blend?**
A: It doesn't say on the bottle how much melatonin there is.   I'm someone with a serious sleep disorder and I find this combination worthwhile.

**Q: Does this make you tired the next morning.**
A: It is for my husband and he has not noticed feeling tired in the morning.

**Q: Do they have an Expiration date?**
A: Don’t really know if they have expired date because I didn’t check and I finish tablets in month but you can check on the box or bottle I m sure they have

**Q: what is the mgs?**
A: mgs is the shortened version of milligrams - a measurement to signify the amount of an ingredient - on the bottle it states 353 mg but that I presume is the total of the components of the product
