They scratch just as much if not more with the collars than they did before and now I can see fleas on them, which I couldn't before. I just assumed I needed to get flea collars for them since they were scratching. It's almost as if the collars attract fleas. I have replied to the feedback email from Amazon, but haven't been able to find a way to contact the seller directly to request a refund. I at least wanted to provide a review so others don't waste their money, especially considering it was $28 for my two dogs.
