Smart charging system - once eLight reaches full charge, it uses no energy while plugged into the wall.  In emergency mode, it will provide 8 hours of continuous lighting. The first three hours will be at full brightness of 80 lumens.  Has the option of functioning as a nightlight. Features a built in sensor which keeps the nightlight off during the day and on at night.  Low profile so it fits in well throughout a home without getting in the way.  Nonpolarized so it can be plugged in any direction.  Ideal in spaces such as hallways, stairwells and entryways where lighting
