I used to buy the few brands that actually come with those features. However those shoes are usually not the latest styles and are more expensive. Then I realized that I can add those features to just about any shoe with products like this. I like that this came in a three pack. So far I added them to my Toms which are great shoe for me as a mom to easily to slip on and off as my kids do not have the patience for me to lace up my shoes. However after wearing the Toms for about a week I start getting pain in my heels and arch. Therefore I added this padding to the heel and they are so much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I also added these to a pair of boots. The boots are super cute but my toes feel crowded in the toe area. For some reason when I added the toe padding, it feels a lot better. These cushions stick very well so you don't have to worry about them sliding around. The only thing I would change is that there is a red circle on the heel padding which is not very subtle. Ofcourse this is covered up while wearing the shoes but I still don't like the red. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Added cushion to my shoes *by D***V on November 30, 2017* This set comes with 3 pairs of silicone heel gel pads that have a peel and stick feature to secure them to the shoes. Additionally, there are three pairs of clear gels that secure to the toe portion of the shoes as a bonus. I am on my feet all day at work and these add some padding to my shoes and they now feel more cushioned when I walk. I don't know what I have done to the bottoms of my feet, but they have been hurting lately and these soles make my shoes feel more comfortable. I like that they are washable and reusable too. I wear a size 6.5 and the smaller size works perfectly in my dress shoes and athletic shoes. ### ⭐ Terrible quality! *by F***1 on March 15, 2018* I do not recommend this product. I wear a size 13 shoe so I ordered the large size.....well what I received was way too small. If they sent me a large, it was a kid's large. In any case I put them in my shoes and they just do not work well. The gel is too thin and does not give much support and the more you wear it , the thinner it gets. I went to the store a bought a Dr scholls Plantar Fascitis shoe insert and it works great and is very high quality. Save your money do not buy the gel heel cups from Inno Tronik....their quality is terrible.
