But if you drop it on the floor, driveway (happens getting in my car ) etc, it will crack. Not always but a few times. I love this cup, have used for years & do have to buy a few a year:) **Q: I lost my lid. Can I order just a lid?** A: I keep the old lids from the ones that I drop and crack (must throw out) so I have not had to replace one yet BUT I do find that the little tabs that cover the mouth hole do fall out and I am using a red on right now on a black lid. If you find out that they replace those and/or the top only let me know.
