Review: Great cleaner for small areas - Got this on offer for something small, portable that could clean up after myself, kids and the dog. Was put straight to the test cleaning dog vomit (sorry!) of a rug and it did a great job and did the rest of the rug not just the impacted area. The suction is good so you’re left with something that relatively damp rather than wet. Has a good choice of cleaning brushes that are easy to swap. The rotating opening particularly is good as loosing up the dirt. Tried it on my car foot mats after giving them a good hoover. They looked clean but using this on them showed from the dirt in the water being collected. Really pleased with how the turned out. Set up is really easy. Cleaning the attachment's is really straightforward. It has good suction power and is quite discrete when storing away. It’s subtle colours so doesn’t stand out. For something that was relatively cheap I found it it really useful. It’s a spot cleaner so doing a larger carpet for example isn’t what it’s designed for but for little accidents it’s perfect and used it on a king size mattress and was absolutely fine. Really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it. Review: BUY - its a must with dogs. - If you have puppies, this is honestly a must-have. Our pups are still young, so accidents happen, and this cleaner has already saved our carpets more times than I can count. We even had one really bad mess that had been in the carpet for a whole night, and it came up without any trouble at all. It’s easy to use, quick to grab when you need it, and takes so much stress out of puppy training. We wouldn’t be without it; it’s already paid for itself. We like the fact that it is lightweight, making it very portable even when full. I would say, depending on the mess and how much liquid you use, it dries within a couple of hours ## Features - THE MUST HAVE CLEANING COMPANION WITH SPINSCRUB HAND TOOL - Vax SpotWash Home Pet-Design is designed for a deep clean for homes with pets, with specialised tools so you can remove messes around the home and car with ease, while the included SpinScrub Hand Tool has automatic rotating bristles to effectively remove dirt from carpets, upholstery, sofas and rugs - ADVANCED HOME AND PET TOOLKIT – Includes multiple tools to remove spills and stains from carpets and hard floor around your home and Pet Stain and Odour Neutralising Solution to break up tougher and smellier messes - ANTIBACTERIAL CLEANING WITH ANTIMICROBIAL PROTECTION – Included solution removes over 99 Percent of bacteria* while tools are coated in an antimicrobial treatment, protecting against the growth of bacteria on all attachments - PORTABLE AND COMPACT SPOT CLEANER - Slim handheld design with 1.4m long reach hose allows you to clean stairs or your car interior then conveniently store in a small cupboard, ready for next time - INCLUDED SOLUTION AND 2 YEAR GUARANTEE - Get to cleaning right away with included SpotWash Spot Cleaning Antibacterial Solution, Pet Stain and Odour Remover and 2 year guarantee for extra peace of mind, contact our award winning after-sales support team on 0330 026 8455 - WHAT'S IN THE BOX - VAX SpotWash Home Pet-Design Spot Cleaner, SpinScrub Hand Tool, Extra Wide 2-in-1 Wash Tool with Carpet and upholstery cleaning attachment and Hard Floor Cleaning Attachment, Messy Clean Up Tool with Carpet Cleaning Attachment, Crevice Tool, 250ml VAX SpotWash Spot Cleaning Antibacterial Solution, 250ml VAX Pet Stain & Odour Remover, Accessory Bag ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BFHS794X | | Best Sellers Rank | 815 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 3 in Carpet Washers | | Brand | Vax | | Brand Name | Vax | | Capacity | 1.1 litres | | Colour | Grey, White and Teal | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 1,852 Reviews | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 24.1D x 35.8W x 33.8H centimetres | | Item Highlight | Multi-surface carpet cleaner machine for everyday stains, ideal for pet messes, included tools & solutions, 4.5kg, 1.1L | | Item Type Name | Included Pet, Motorised Tool & Antibacterial Solution Removes Spills | | Item Weight | 4.5 Kilograms | | Item weight | 4.5 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Vax | | Model Name | SpotWash Home Pet-Design Spot Cleaner, Stain, Car, Upholstery, Sofa and Carpet Cleaning Machine | | Model Number | CDSW–MPXA | | Model name | SpotWash Home Pet-Design Spot Cleaner, Stain, Car, Upholstery, Sofa and Carpet Cleaning Machine | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | CDSW–MPXA | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Product Warranty | 2 years manufacturer. | | Product dimensions | 24.1D x 35.8W x 33.8H centimetres | | Style | With Pet Tools | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Vax - **Colour:** Grey, White and Teal - **Item weight:** 4.5 Kilograms - **Product dimensions:** 24.1D x 35.8W x 33.8H centimetres - **Style:** With Pet Tools ## Images ![Spotwash Home Pet-Design Upholstery & Carpet Spot Cleaner CDSW-MPXA - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71hn1AyuIEL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Hi, how loud in decibels is this machine? I can find this information on a "data sheet" or on the website.** A: Well I can't tell you exactly how many decibels it is, however it it at least as loud as a normal household hoover. **Q: Does the machine use hot or cold water?** A: It uses the water you pour in. I use warm. **Q: Can this help get rid of cat fleas out of upholstery** A: Hi first of all I would spray the upholstery with a strong home cat flea spray which all vets/pet shop sells. I would wait a few days then use this vax machine. The machine will then clean the upholstery and suck up the dead fleas and their eggs. **Q: Can you use the cleaning solution that you use in your Vax platinum smartwash** A: No Problem with it but I prefer vax cleaner ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cleaner for small areas *by M***S on 30 October 2025* Got this on offer for something small, portable that could clean up after myself, kids and the dog.
