Make sure, though, to buy the corresponding fan to go with it. I have changed this motor twice over the life of my Harman and getting the old fan removed from the motor is the hardest part; it essentially welds itself to the motor over the course of years. I loosen the back nuts and pry the back away as much as possible to cut the "pin" holding the fan in place with a Saws-all. This will save you a lot of time, believe me.
