I had suffered from gas, bloating, and erratic bowel movements. It worked amazingly well and gave me relief after I had been on it for a week. Later I found out that this was formulated by a gastroenterologist and it had a high bacterial count making it effective. Its easy to take once a day and I keep it in my office at work.
