Review: Convenient & Works - One year update; Still going strong and still a game changer almost a year later. I got the larger size with the side dump and happy I did, it picks up crab apples, walnuts, dime size acorns, and golfballs with ease. It does seem like the handle is starting to get wobbly at the shaft clamps, not a demerit yet but worth mentioning/keeping an eye on. Also give the roller collars a spray of dry lube once in a while. Still would buy another one again. Original review; We’ve had this for a few weeks now and we’d buy it again if needed. Definitely functional, seems well built enough for home use, and a back saver. Works well with walnuts, crab apples, small pine cones, and kids toys. Our 1.5 year old liked pushing it around and I tested it inside picking her toys up. Might snag another one for those inside tasks.

**Q: Stupidly inserted pole in without seeing the label that said how to line it up. Can't line up, insert screws or remove. Suggestions?**
A: Remove screws. There is a slight groove in the pole, it will slide in when lined up. Reinsert screws.

**Q: Can this handle small dried black beans?**
A: I think you would need a smaller gatherer. The tines on this one accommodate larger nuts, like black walnuts with no issues. Small dried black beans would fall right through.

**Q: Will it work with nerf type darts and balls; half length, regular, mega, mega xl and rival rounds?**
A: I've not tried it with anything "nerf" type. But with sweet gums you have to press pretty hard. I really couldn't tell you how it would work with something soft.

**Q: I'm seeing that it only holds one gallon. Is there something else that holds more acorns?**
A: We gave away a bag that can hold 4 gallons.

I took a chance on this hoping it would gather the tiny pine cones in my yard. It worked surprisingly well! It said not for use with pine cones on the box. However, I think that is for normal sized pine cones. I’m pretty sure it would not work on those. Works in the small acorn sized ones.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Use it for picking up rocks in my yard

It works well for picking up walnut sized rock in my yard (if thats what you want to call the space outside my door). I had a "chirt" base put down thats what sometimes gets used in the south. It packs very well but it can be very rocky. I just roll this little guy over the rocks and like magic, they're in the roller then just dump them into a 5 gal bucket. I took off one star because they don't always stay inside the roller but hey, I'm using it for rocks, what can I expect. It does a nice job and is a lot easier than bending over and picking each rock up. takes me about 2 minutes to pick up 20 rocks so I just keep it on the front porch and roll it around if I see my rock crop is getting out of hand.
