It takes a little research but I found from Grainger: Centium™, Electronic, Fluorescent Ballast, Ballast Start Type Instant, Item #2MCX5, mfr. Model #ICN-2P32-N. There is an unintended consequence, my wife likes to listen to the radio while cooking. The radio is hard wired above the recessed lighting above the kitchen sink counter. The static is so loud you can not listen to the radio. Pretty easy to install even though I had to rewire my fixture. It was the old t12 with magnetic ballast. No one stocks 3ft led bulbs locally so I’m pretty satisfied. Only downside is I had to buy a case. Only been installed for two months now, so I can’t comment on longevity.
