I purchased these for my work when we have outdoor events or parties and they were so easy to use that I purchased them for my apt, particularly my patio table. Even though the table is typically up against a wall the wind kept managing to blow the tablecloth. The table is oblong and I used 5 clips. My patio is covered, but these have not rusted or tarnished in any way it has been quite humid out. I also used these on an indoor table that my cats are constantly running across and they worked perfectly.
