These finger sleeves help lessen the everyday pain. I like that there were a variety of sizes for my first purchase. But just to reiterate, there are 4 sizes in a 12 pack. Three of the sizes (so 9 of the 12 in the pack) were way too large and fell off and the smallest was too tight on my pinky finger. It cut off the circulation and was too long but if you cut them, they unravel. Don't bother.
