Product description Judees bulk dehydrated white sweet cream is great to add to your favorite beverages or baking recipes. This dry product is perfect for long term storage and emergency emergency food supplies as it is packaged in a resealable bag, which helps with extending the shelf life. Reconstitute the product and add to your mashed potato or buttermilk ranch mix for creamier texture. Compared to sour cream, this is a delight sweet cream and freeze dried food. Make your own biscuits, bread, and cake batter. Alternative to unsweetened coffee creamer or half and half creamer for your coffee, or creamy pasta sauce. Make in batches and store in refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for a couple of days. You can mix this into ice cream toppings or with golden milk powder to make your favorite golden milk drink. Ingredients Pasteurized Sweet Cream (80–90%), Skim Milk Solids (10–15%), Sodium Caseinate (<5%)

However, the zip-close on bag of cream had been opened and spilled out into the encasement plastic bag. This is the only way we know to contact seller to advise of the defect in packaging. Nor do we know if the cream powder had been compromised.

**Q: Can you make butter with this?**
A: No

**Q: If I were to make up the whole 1.5lb bag, how much volume of cream does it make? A gallon? More/less?**
A: You will add an equal amount of water to powder to make heavy cream. 340 teaspoons works out to just over 7 cups. I’d start with 6 cups and slowly work up to 7 or 7.5 cups.

**Q: Is this an organic product?**
A: if it was organic there would be no question,  as it would be very noticeable on package!  It is however non GMO and btw, the taste is great! I bought originally to store in case of food shortages (got to have my coffee!)  but now use it everyday!!

**Q: Has anyone successfully cultured this product to make kefir or sour cream?**
A: I use it for homemade yoghurt, but use a little whole milk with it. I don't see why it would not work, however.

I use this to as a component for a Hot Cocoa mix. This makes a mix so smooth that even my wife, who normally eschews these indulgences, was impressed by the depth and intensity of the hot cocoa.
