I am a bariatric patient and it helps me get in the my necessary liquids at only 5 calories, 9 carbs per serving and there are two servings to one bottle. . It is certified organic, no GMO's, vegan, gluten free and low glycemic. It has less than 1 gram of sugar and 8 grams of erythritol.It is hard to find in the grocery stores so I am thrilled to by it from Amazon and have it delivered to my front door. When you break down the cost per bottle on Amazon versus the grocery store, the cost is reasonably less expensive thru Amazon.I have only tried the peach mango because I enjoy it so much. I am sure the other flavors are good too. I once saw clementine and orchard pear which I wanted to try but cannot find. The watermelon lemonade was good too but needs a tiny bit more lemon tang for my tastes which is an easy fix for me by just adding fresh lemon juice. I'm a sugar fiend but also health conscious so I'm hooked on these drinks. 10 calories per 18oz bottle and less than 1g of sugar. I've heard the pear is good so I'm going to try that next.
