Bright. Came as pictured: 3 led with heatsinks, 6 led bulbs and 2 looped end leds (never seen these before, but since I selected for my specific car I assumed set is packaged for my car). No, it is not, those looped lights do not fit anywhere and as far as I know, they do not fit on a Jeep or are used anywhere on the Jeep. I would rather have 2 extra led bulbs. Overall, it is ok but I would expect to have the set packaged for the car it is verified to fit on. Also, no lights for vanity mirrors are included.
