My friends and I like to eat ramen, the more expensive packages come with a little bag of veggies to add. But w are cheap, I mean frugal, so we buy the cheaper packages. I make my own ramen sometimes and I either don't have the time or don't have the groceries to chop a bunch of veggies to add. This stuff is great. I keep it in a jar on the pantry and just grab a pinch to add flavor and texture to my ramen and soups. Pros: EAsy to use, just toss in it. dehydrated , won't go off, Plenty of servings, Cons: I think it may be the carrots, but this veggie blend has a very SWEET edge to it. It can be offputting if you are going for a savory spicy mood, It honestly sometimes tastes like a spoonful of sugar has been added to the meal. Conclusion. I think I would buy this again, but I will be looking for a variety with fewer carrots and perhaps more cabbage or onions for a more savory experience. Enjoy!
