We've reached 20 degrees F here already and have been below freezing for days, and it's working exceptionally well.Keep in mind it only kicks on when it reaches a certain temperature, so the water doesn't stay "warm", it prevents freezing.5 stars for the actual product.5 stars for the company that didnt hesitate to take care of their customer.Absolutely recommend.
