A: I have researched for most brands and Ticova has most adjustability compared with other brands, especially for the 3D metal armrests and lumbar support. It is really comfortable for me.

**Q: I bought this chair few months ago and it is super comfortable.  The current armrest has been changed to 3D armrest. How is it?**
A: This is real 3D armrest made of plated steel. Looks very durable and fashion, this is quite different with the other brands' plastic armrest. The paddings are soft as well.
