The padded part of the mattress pad is only 69x80, so there it is about four inches short all the way around. I washed it cold, dried it on ultra low. I don't believe it shrunk because the tag says you can wash it warm, dry it low. Anyway, I have to keep it now. You don't really sleep on the outer four inches of the mattress, but still, it should cover the whole mattress. This is my third mattress pads for this mattress, and the others don't have this problem. I looked at some of the review photos, and it looks like some other customers had pads that fit like this, so my issue doesn't appear to be unique.Update: After I submitted this review, the seller contacted me and offered to send me a new mattress pad free of charge.
