They mold to the shape of you footprint quickly. I have very wide feet and high arches, so I ordered a size up so that they would not be tight. I especially like them on early morning walks with the dogs when the grass is wet. The dogs love them too. In addition to being comfortable, they are apparently delicious. This is my second pair in a month.
