A: Probably from the ner mitzvah website or a judaica store that carries net Mitzva candles

**Q: what is the diameter of the wicks?**
A: not sure- but it comes with bulbs and you can order extas if you should need to.

**Q: Can this product be used with olive oil?**
A: Yes, you can use it with olive oil.. make sure you buy the one's they sold on amazon for oil lamps or for shabbat

**Q: Why is it that my wick goes down and I have to move it from the bottom every week? It is getting to be a very short wick**
A: It's not a permanent wick.  You'r lucky you got yours with wicks.  When I opened mine there were no wicks included and I would up throwing them out.
