First critical statements were this was hard to pump up and REALLY? If you attach the hose properly AND close the nozzle (the little thing you spin) it takes all of about 30 seconds to pump up by hand and you can start feeling it fill up with air after maybe 5-10 pumps. I guess if you're very feeble and weak this could be a tough task for you but honestly it's not challenging at all and maybe I don't know 30 or so squeezes of the rubber ball and it was fully inflated.So out of the box, attach the hose (10 seconds) put on your neck and attach the Velcro straps to make sure stays in place (20 seconds), attach the hose to the squeeze ball (15 seconds), and make sure the nozzle nob is closed by turning it. Then start squeezing the ball to fill up with air (30 seconds) and viola that's it. In LESS THAN TWO MINUTES out of the box and item is on your neck, fully secured, fully inflated, and you can feel it work. To take off simply spin the nob by the squeeze ball and the air will start to release to deflate the item. Anyone who says this is difficult to use is unable to follow simple instructions and is the reason we have do not eat warnings on plastic containers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Traction done, right, and delivered in a timely manner *by J***1 on November 18, 2023* I bought this for my wife from the recommendation of her physical therapist. I love several things about it, most the actual stretch. It does put some pressure on the ears but you get used to that after a while. It is soft and easy to pump up. I am not sure if I am doing it correctly or not but I don't think it gives me an even stretch like a traction. It lifts my chin higher than the back f my head.
