It's very manageable, has a good glossary in the back and fits well as an introduction or translation for those who don't need the actual verses line by line. I tried to read the Gita as it is first but it was beyond me. This was a great fit and it's not rudimentary in the sense that I would ever get bored. This book is excellent for those who are new to the Gita or bhakti yoga. It's very manageable, has a good glossary in the back and fits well as an introduction or translation for those who don't need the actual verses line by line. I tried to read the Gita as it is first but it was beyond me. This was a great fit and it's not rudimentary in the sense that I would ever get bored. Will happily reread this and enjoy it's straightforward approach
