For my #11 angle brush bristles came out in clumps. You can see in the picture that the angle brush is now shaggy where the bristles are loose, along with a few clumps. The #10 flat brush had the entire mass of bristles fall out when I was using a rag to dry them. The other three brushes I used and cleaned did not have any damage. So I'm choosing to keep the set, and replace the defective ones with better quality brushes.
