It seems to be a weak point on the hose ,as it's happened several times before( I work him very hard). It came without the pipe end but when i emailed them they were very quick to reply and on agreement with myself, dispatched the missing end the same day and received it the very next day . Excellent ! The hose appears to be made well and is slightly longer than my original one but certainly no more 12 inches. The hose it's self is a couple of mm smaller in diameter ,also the hose and pipe end are made of a slightly different plastic but i have high hopes that this one will last longer than the other two. I have been using the new hose pipe for some weeks now and i am pleased with its performance . I can recommend the hose for quality and value for money. Review: Great - Very happy with this. Good value. Was able to use my hoover straight away as soon as it arrived. Fits perfectly. Can't say about durability as only just got it. My last one broke but that had lasted many years. Will see how this one lasts.
