I changed bags, cleaned out the hoses, no improvement. I had no idea you could buy a new filter until I searched online for answers to the smell! I ordered this as a replacement, and immediately the problem is resolved. It is not exactly the same as the original, but I don't mind. You can buy an original Henry HEPA filter, but they do cost more. This one is just fine and fits well. It was delivered quickly and was no effort to put in.
