Review: Neat little torch - The wife has decided that this is the year we finally dig the unused tent out of the loft and spend money to sit in a field spending hours sitting in the rain cooking baked beans and drinking warm beer pretending to have a good time. I’ve been tasked to buy all the kit we need which included this torch which a friend at work recommended. I thought it quite a bit to spend on a torch but it’s actually quite good, also the fact that it’s rechargable too should mean I make the money back fairly quick that I would have spent on batteries. It’s easily bright enough and the fact it has three power levels is handy for when I’m trying to hunt for stuff in the tent in the middle of the night without waking the kids (see vid) The only thing I would have liked is the ability to plug it into recharge the battery directly rather than removing the battery to recharge it but I guess that’s because it’s waterproof which may be required if the kids drop it in the makeshift emergency number 1 toilet (a bucket) in the middle of the night. The SOS function is pretty neat but as the furthest in to the wild I’ll be venturing is about 5 miles off of the A1 I doubt I’ll require it...well unless we camp near a Centre Parcs in which case I’ll point it towards their Customer Services office and hope they take pity on me and offer us a free stay. Nothing to dislike and I’ve used it a fair few times since it arrived and the charge seems to be holding strong. Good stuff
Review: Great torch and customer service. - I bought this orginially a year ago as a spearfishing dive torch. You have to use the rubber rings on the screw for it to be water proof. It was fine as a dive torch, but I lost it. Ordered a replacement, that replacement had a manufacturing defect and smelt burnt and didnt work, but I had only tried to use it after the 30 day return window has closed. There is a contact slip in the box for the warranty. Emailed them and they resent a replacement torch via desertcart. So great customer service.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: does it come with a charger ?**
A: Yes , This scuba diving flashlight included a 18650 rechargeable battery and charger , We always provide chargers and batteries, please rest assured, Thank you !

**Q: Is this a push button or twist on?**
A: This model is a rubber slider switch, not exactly a push button. The switch is magnetically activated so it is sealed and there is no path at the switch for water into the flashlight. I have one of the twist switch models but found this one to be much easier to control with gloves while diving.

**Q: Does the light intensity remain constant throughout the dive?**
A: Yes but not for the retailer’s suggested 90 minutes. From charger in the morning to a Search and Recovery dive in 15 feet of water I had one light fail at 25 minutes and the other at 35 minutes at medium to low intensity.

**Q: When i put on the o rings and tighten the end cap, the o rings get pushed down and don't fit under the cap housing.  is this the correct fit?**
A: The o-rings need to be together without a gap. The cap should then fit snuggly over the o-rings for a waterproof seal.

Decent torch for the price, beam good good visibility have had this torch down to 45/50 mtrs on some nice wrecks and pleasantly surprised with it.
