These episodes used to be alleviated by running, which I can no longer do, and taking St John's Wort, but I found this wasn't touching it at all anymore. I saw this preparation with a higher dose of the herb by chance and thought I would try it. It has really helped and I'm back to normal again. Wish I had realised sooner that I a stronger dose was safe and available.
