It is a brilliant product and very gently lifted my mood within a few weeks of taking it, and without the horrible side effects of pharmaceutically produced anti- depressants. The only problem I had was it interfered with my HRT (in that my sleep became interrupted again as it was before I started HRT). I now understand this is common with SJW so I've had to stop taking it. I only mention it to make you aware that if you take any form of hormonal treatment - particularly the contraceptive pill or HRT) this is not the drug for you. If that doesn't apply to you then I can highly recommend this product for reducing anxiety. Review: great product for low blood pressure. - I think it's a good one. I can't see difference in my mood, but my mood is quite good all the time. But I have low blood pressure and high pulse. So when I drink this, my pressure goes up and pulse calms down, which is great for me. I guess this tablets would not be good for anyone with high pressure. Also be careful as St Jons Worth is not good on the sun. It's for autumn spring and winter.
