My husband has suffered for years with this, Has had all the remedies from GP and everything and anything he could think of including high fibre etc. Going on holidays was a nightmare, as it ruined more holidays than can be discussed. Since trying this two tablets per day. No problem. Regular toilet goer now.We did use another brand before, and it was effective, but not as good as this one. One year on this has changed his life. It just works. PLUS, he now says the skin itching he suffered from before seems to have gone. Not sure if there is a link. Wonderful product Another up date, still working well for him. Plus it is helping with dry eyes. He tells me that if he misses taking them, he is soon back to chronic constipation.
