Like it could've come with them. I did have to turn the horn 90° in front of the radiator but not a big deal. Perfect fit on my 2009 Honda Shadow Spirit vt750c2f. Review: Not good at all - The first thing I noticed, I didn't get all the parts that supposedly was supposed to come with it. I was missing one washer per bolt. I got this and was very excited to install it. However, unbeknownst to me, there was a bolt broken off in the top radiator hole. So, I attempted to take off the foot peg bolts that I had already put on so it would stay upright. That's when the troubles began. While taking off the right, longer bolt, it got stuck. The use of cheap nuts in the product made it to where it was literally impossible to take off. I literally had to spend over $100 to go out and buy a reciprocating saw to CUT the bolt in two so I could remove it. This is not good quality, and for me, was entirely a waste of $170. Actually, more like $300 with the reciprocating saw I had to buy. I would not recommend these at all. Spend the extra money and get a good highway bar, it's worth it in the end. I wouldn't even be able to get a refund because I had to cut the crash bar to get the bolt off.
