**Q: how firm is the support cushion, it is very important for me that it is very firm**
A: It is ok, I can’t really feel it it is soft on my back but I can feel it support my lower back. I feel the difference when I don’t have it on the seat.

**Q: Can this be used in i normal sofa chair as i cant get comfy and get pulled muscles a lot**
A: I use mine in my car. It is firm but that is fine for me. I have no doubt it would be comfortable in your armchair.

A: I don’t think it’s suitable for an armchair it’s too small.
