Or can you crush them and have them in water? It's just that I can't swallow tablets.** A: The answer I'm afraid is 'yes'. They are long and rounded at the ends with a half way line. However, they are short enough not to be able to get enough leverage to break and they are pretty hard. Have never tried to crush, but think it would need some pressure to do so. Also, with what they contain I think they would taste pretty awful. If you do buy and succeed advise mix with golden syrup or honey to disguise. **Q: are they really worth buyin** A: I have been pleased with them - you need to take for a few months before you really start to see the difference. **Q: In my late 70's.
