Free delivery and returns on all eligible orders. Review: Versatile depending on your needs - I've had these for a couple of years, I bought two sets; and both sets are still as good as new. Each comes in its own bag, and they have clips at each end so you can clip sets end to end and make them longer. Ive used them for several things - I've used them for cadets for circuit training and assault courses, and I've used them in more gentle settings such as my tai chi classes to help people visualise stepping techniques. The bonus here is that the rungs are adjustable and can be close together or far apart, or even just random sizes. The plastic rungs slide easily along each fabric strip, but not so easily that they move during use. The fabric is heavy duty and deals well with the movement of the rungs. For me, the only thing is that the ladders as a whole are SO lightweight that they dont stay in place well either on hard floors or outside- again it depends on their use/ what you need them for. Having said that, I love them and they are regularly used, in and out of work / cadets. I have found them to be excellent value for money and would consider purchasing more sets if I needed another extension to my current ones. Review: As described, no issues - Purchased for football training. Not actually used much but good when we have done so. ## Features - 12 Durable plastic rungs, overall length: 20 feet - Each rung measuring 17" long, space between rungs measuring 15" - Equipped with a carry bag for easy portability - Great tool for you to improve quickness through accelerated foot strike and lift frequency - Great tool for weight loss as it can TORCH CALORIES bigtime ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01GC4QO7K | | Batteries included? | No | | Brand | GHB | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (1,095) | | Date First Available | 30 May 2016 | | Department | FOOTBALL TRAINING | | Guaranteed software updates until | unknown | | Is discontinued by manufacturer | No | | Item model number | B01GC4QO7K | | Manufacturer | GHB | | Material composition | PP | | Material type | PP | | Package Dimensions | 44.4 x 11.8 x 5 cm; 500 g | | Size | 12 RUNG | | Sport | FOOTBALL TRAINING | | Style | FOOTBALL TRAINING | ## Images ![GHB Agility Ladder Speed Ladder 6M 12-Rung for Kids Adults Football Speed Training - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51P0UJbVqgL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Item Package Quantity** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versatile depending on your needs *by R***N on 4 May 2026* I've had these for a couple of years, I bought two sets; and both sets are still as good as new. Not actually used much but good when we have done so. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Prepare your lungs *by P***G on 10 March 2023* The agility ladder is a great tool for anyone looking to improve their speed, footwork, and overall athleticism. With 12 durable plastic rungs spaced 15 inches apart, this ladder provides a challenging yet manageable workout that can help you improve your quickness and coordination. One of the best things about this agility ladder is its overall length of 20 feet. This gives you plenty of space to work with, whether you're practicing on your own or with a group. And with each rung measuring 17 inches long, you'll be able to challenge yourself to take quick, precise steps as you move through the ladder. Another great feature of this agility ladder is the included carry bag. This makes it easy to transport the ladder from place to place, whether you're taking it to the park, the gym, or your backyard. And when you're not using it, you can simply store it in the bag to keep it safe and out of the way. Perhaps the best thing about this agility ladder is the workout it provides. By focusing on foot strike and lift frequency, you can improve your speed and agility while torching calories at the same time. And with regular use, you'll see improvements in your overall fitness and athletic performance. Overall, I highly recommend the agility ladder to anyone looking for a challenging and effective workout tool. While it may take some time to get the hang of, the benefits are well worth the effort. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your performance or simply someone looking to get in better shape, this ladder is a great choice. ## Frequently Bought Together - GHB Agility Ladder Speed Ladder 6M 12-Rung for Kids Adults Football Speed Training - GHB Sports Marking Football Cones Football Training Cones Marker Cones Discs Set with Carry Bag and Cone Holder Space Marking Cones for Kids Football Practice, Sports, Games, Home Fitness --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/47877309-ghb-agility-ladder-speed-ladder-6m-12-rung-for-kids](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/47877309-ghb-agility-ladder-speed-ladder-6m-12-rung-for-kids) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
