I wanted to make sure I had the folic acid well-and-truly in my system; my usual multivitamin has far too much vitamin A, so a smattering of vitamins in here was a bonus. The tablets are absolutely tiny, and helpfully have the days of the week (3 letter abbreviation) on the foil but of the packet. Didn't make me feel sick, swallowed really easily.
