It comes from a well-known and well-trusted Solgar brand. Magnesium bisglycinate is a good form of Magnesium to take with great absorbancy.The pills aren't too big and they are elongated, I had no problem with swallowing them. There is no coating though and the surface is "chalky" rather then smooth.I take Magnesium regularly for the heart and nervous system and also as an aid with constipation.The recommended dose is 4 pills which is 400mg of magnesium. However, it is better to start with 2 and adjust the dose as needed as there can be a side effect of diarrhoea.My overall experience with this supplement is positive. I definitely feel a calming effect.
