I used to get the red, strawberry flavoured chews however, about 5 years ago they changed them to yellow coloured, flavourless ones. I thought this might be a problem for my son as he's autistic and a change in taste could be triggering for him but surprisingly he found them ok and has never complained. They're easy to chew and swallow, and I feel they have been a positive for his mental health, his memory in particular is fantastic! I decided to wait before I made a review. My 6yr old daughter had mild symptoms of ADHD, where she struggled to stay focussed and could be sensitive at times. I completely believe this help with brain function. She makes much better choices in school life and socially at school too. She would get upset if someone was rude to her but she now handles it so much better as she thinks before she acts. Yes it could be down to maturing but this change has happened within 4 months of taking these. I found they made a difference within days. I gave her a higher dose at first, 4 a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. She now has 2 a day! She use to say they tasted bad but still had them but now she doesn’t mention anything. I always give her a drink with them to have after she’s chewed them. Highly recommend.
