Review: Great product - Packaging could be better and better care can be taken to wrap the product, the paint was scratched and scoffed even before I un boxed the product. With that said once I assembled the whole device more paint came off which you can see in the picture but all that cosmetic and does not come in the way of my workout although I am the type of person who likes to keep his device and equipment shiny and tidy specially if I just paid 100£ for them anyway moving on to assembly process The diagram attached shows the whole thing assembled and from that you can easily figure out what goes where and the whole thing takes minutes with easy however because of the paint job some wholes needs cleaning so the looks aligned and secured Training The device was stable enough, good height range workout options are great Worth the money spent Secure enough although it’s worth noting that there is a little movement when pulling up due to body weight shifting but it is steady enough so you won’t feel that you insecure or about to fall Material is top quality although paint job is a let down Size is perfect for my living room or bed room but I will advice investing in 10mm foam mat Storage Easily de assembled and stored in its bad in the cupboard or under your bed out of sight and out of the way Light to some extent so portability is not an issue Finally this product did push up my workout and gave me that gym feeling at home so if your asking should I buy it and is it worth the time and money then yes it is
Review: My home gym is completed. Thank you. - I'll just add some 2 cents on recurring questions that I was worried about when I bought mine. I've only been using mine for 2 days but I'm already very happy with it. 1. Are the bars unstable? It's true there is some wobble, but the structure is more than fit for purpose. I've come from using gym rings for months, so the need to develop my own stability muscles to compensate for any wobble is a welcome challenge for me. But I can understand how someone else would decide this is a dealbreaker for them. 2. Do the bars fit? I have one problem-child of a bar here, that doesn't align straight and stops the restraining pin from going through first-time like it should. I solved this problem by putting a towel on top of the problematic part, and knocking it down into place with a mallet. It took less than a minute to hammer it into place, but in an ideal world you shouldn't have to do this. So I can't give Gravity 5 stars. Still, if you have a mallet or a hammer, it's a solvable problem. Also, the base parts aren't the easiest to disassemble right now, but I'm hoping it becomes an easier routine with time. To date, it's always taking me longer than 5 minutes to take it apart, though putting it together is easier than the first time (because I don't need a mallet anymore). 3. Would I do muscle ups on this? Personally, no, I would not. But again I'm not advanced and I could so with working on my stability muscles. Even then, though.... I probably still wouldn't. If you want to do muscle-ups on this, as others have said, you may want to put sandbags or weight plates on the base at first, just to feel 100% secure about doing any explosive movements on it. 4. Can I use gym rings on it? Absolutely yes. The only thing I can't do on it with rings are any kind of ring rows unless you do them extremely vertical with low intensity. But rows side, rings are an excellent combo with this structure. In fact, the two together have to be one of the best investments I've ever made in life, period. 5. Can tall people use it? I'm 6'5 and I'll admit, active hangs and pull ups are going to be done with knees bent at all times on this thing. But for me that's a small compromise to make, considering how many months I struggled just to find a place (outdoors, indoors, door frame, gym, garden, park, anywhere!) where I could do pull ups at all. Ultimately I'm very grateful for this piece of kit. The only thing I was missing, before I bought this, was something that would let me do pull ups on demand. Just being able to jump on something and get to it. THIS is that very thing. My training routine is now winter-proof, I'm extremely happy.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I do muscle ups on this?**
A: You can NOT do Muscle Ups or any of the body weighted exercise they do in these pictures. I am 68kg and I find it unstable even doing a pullup.

**Q: What is the Max user weight for this?**
A: This item has been tested to 100kg, however we do have some slightly heavier guys who use it without any issues.

**Q: Can i hang hoops off this?**
A: Yes. I do

**Q: Is it okay to use on a carpeted bedroom floor( wooden floorboards)?**
A: Some other users have complained about the bottom poles separating slightly on hard or carpeted floor (the poles just slot together). I've placed my rack on gym mats to prevent it marking the wooden floor. The rack has settled nicely into the hard foam, there's been no separation so far. I'd recommend using it on a few gym mats (children's interlocking play mats do the same job).

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect so far.
*by T***. on 2 June 2022*

I love how easily you can assemble and disassemble this pull up rack, its robustness, the confidence it gives you to do any exercise you want. I am 1.83 m and 86kg (sorry no pounds and inches, do the maths) and I bought it to do exercises for my backpain and waist (55 years old). I have had it since January and I exercise every day. pulls, triceps, push ups, and whatever else my age allows. The only problem I have is that it trembles a little, but while at first it scared me, now that I have realized that it is not going to break, it does not bother me. And also that my ceiling is not high enough to do more with it (high expectations you will tell me, go out in the yard, sorry I'm cold!) A big advantage, that it has life warranty! unusual for a fitness device.
