Review: excellent value very happy - Ordered on Saturday received Monday morning, well packaged and delivered much quicker than expected. They say you get what you pay for but in this case you get much more. Going on previous reviews I thought it would be smaller but is a very good size and it is so detailed, it's very pretty and looks stunning. It's a gift for part of my daughter's 16th, we wanted her to have something she can keep and she will definitely want to keep this lovely peace of art. Ariel is her favourite Disney Princess I am certain she is going to love it. I would definitely recommend it.

A: As these are hand finished unique variations may occur.  All of the figurines and ornaments in this beloved collection are cast polyresin moulds of handcrafted sculptures that are designed by Jim Shore. These moulds are then individually hand-painted by trained artists using folk art techniques developed by Jim. The artists attention to detail and involvement in the entire developing process ensures products with the look and feel of real wood, which have a quality and level of detail that is unique in the industry.

**Q: I received this today, and it has a very small chip of paint off Ariels fin! I am wondering if I should return and try and exchange for another?**
A: Yes return it for an exchange

**Q: Is Ariel's face that ugly up close or is it just a bad photo?**
A: Her face looks good considering the size of the sculpture she’s small in comparison to triton. It does look like the picture. I think it’s one of the best Jim shore pieces made despite her face not being as pretty as the wedding one for example
