Once I remove the top seal, honey comes out easily, though it is very thick in texture, it is soft enough. **Q: The label says 100+ but the bullet points description says 12+, a big difference! So which is it?** A: Legislation and grading structure information has changed quite significantly over the last 5 years and as such it was inevitable that overlapping information would confuse the consumer.
