The treatment is a conditioning treatment which you have to rinse off. This is a heat protection & styling crème to use before you blow dry. **Q: Is this good to remove a bad perm?** A: Don’t think it would remove a perm but this stuff calms your hair down. You may like your perm after you use this. I use it before I blow dry and after I tong. Just a pea size Mount each time. Works for me. I was just looking a photos the other day and wondered if I had this way back in the seventies when I had an Afro I might have liked the Afro.
