My dermatologist recommended the Retriderm brand and it’s the best retinol I’ve tried by far. It’s expensive, but good value from this seller and a bottle lasts for months if used on the face once a day. If you’re not used to retinol its best to apply on alternate days at first, or you might find that the dead skin peels off your face in a more dramatic way than you bargained for, making you look like an unravelling mummy. Sun screen is vital every day, even if you only apply the serum at night, as your skin will burn much more easily whilst using it and you don’t want to undo all the retinol’s good work. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Never Again *by B***P on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2017* This product ravaged my skin, I used as recommended but it really damaged my face. I have used 1% before and usually buy SkinCeuticals but it was over £100 for a tiny bottle so I tried this one. I guess it works for some people but certainly not for me. I went back to purchase SkinCeuticals 0.3 because that was all I could find online. I still have most of the bottle left. I only used a tiny amount over a week.
