A fabulous quality tin which I'm sure will last for years. The loose bases are ideal, great to have 2 spare in case of loss. The price might seem a little high but well worth it in my opinion. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alarmingly non-stick and versatile!

It's only as you get older that the mantra 'you get what you pay for' really starts to make sense. This mini-sandwhich tin is really good quality and alarmingly non-stick! I initially greased and floured it only to watch the oil ball into droplets on the non-stick surface so I wiped it off and carried on, wondering what the outcome would be with such scant greasing. Twenty minutes later, I easily turned out 12 perfect little Victoria sponges! The fact that the sides of the individual holes are straight (not angled like a muffin tin) makes this tin really versatile and you could use it for cheesecakes and other individual desserts as well as savoury dishes. I was especially pleased to see that the loose bottoms come in their own little plastic container and, a nice touch, with two spares as I can imagine the little discs might be easily misplaced. Over all, an incredibly usable addition to the kitchen.
