From the manufacturer HOW TO APPLY? Before applying, ensure surfaces are clean, dry, sound and free from dust or any contaminants which may affect adhesion. Stir well before use and apply with a spreader or knife. Fill the hole proud to allow for sanding. Once dry, sand to a smooth finish and apply required stain. Sika is your best ally!

Review: Excellent stuff! - This is such great filler. Easy to mix and use, it has quite a thick consistency, stuck well and smothed easily, one tub did the gate (before & after pics uploaded so you can gage coverage), and it covered quite a few larger holes. It repaired the wooden gate really well, and should now last a while longer without having to fork out for new wood pieces or a new gate. I've since sanded it down, it smoothes out well and didn't take any chunks away from the places I'd filled, it's solid, dried quickly too. Will be painting over it so will see how well it covers. I'll update my review if there's any issues.

**Q: Is this filler flexible? Need to prevent water coming in through some cracks. Cabin is made from spruce.**
A: I don't think so but you can by coloured mastic which is flexible.

**Q: Oops - I drilled a hole in a door which went right through to the other side! Is this the right product to fill the hole in please?**
A: Yes, you may need to plug the hole with something first to stop the filler from going through the other side.

**Q: Can this be used for grain filling - the same purpose as "rustins grain filler", to make the grain "pop"? please answer if you only know for certain!**
A: No it can't be used for that, it is standard wood filler.

This is such great filler. Easy to mix and use, it has quite a thick consistency, stuck well and smothed easily, one tub did the gate (before & after pics uploaded so you can gage coverage), and it covered quite a few larger holes. It repaired the wooden gate really well, and should now last a while longer without having to fork out for new wood pieces or a new gate. I've since sanded it down, it smoothes out well and didn't take any chunks away from the places I'd filled, it's solid, dried quickly too. Will be painting over it so will see how well it covers. I'll update my review if there's any issues.
