Firstly I really love this flask. I drink loads of herbal teas at work (lorry driving) and this means I can buy loose tea rather than tea bags. So all was good with it until it leaked all over my bag. I realised the little rubber seal was missing out the lid. I looked everywhere but it was gone! It leaks terribly without it! I messaged the seller and they very kindly sent me out a replacement seal - so I am very happy and thought I should leave a review, firstly as a warning to those who choose to buy this: don't lose the seal! It comes out pretty easily when washing the lid so be careful not to chuck it away.
