For me the heat option has been more helpful. Smelled a little funny out of the box but after some time the smell has gone away. Decent quality for the price. I’m fairly small (5’2”) and this is a little big but that is too be expected. I wear laying in bed anyways so fit doesn’t matter a ton. Moves a little bit of you move too much.
